Who We Are
Health Market Connect is a community-based organization that runs a federally funded program to provide no-cost, unbiased health insurance assistance to New Hampshire residents. We specialize in building communities through increasing access and utilization of public health insurance to create a healthier New Hampshire.
Community is at the center of all our work. To effectively create change, we prioritize working with community stakeholders. In New Hampshire, there is no shortage of organizations doing great work. Partnering with and promoting community groups is a core part of our approach.
HMC has a staff of 10 Navigators located throughout New Hampshire. Whether it’s answering a question about eligibility or walking you through an application, our Navigators are happy to assist you with all your health coverage needs.
Because we are fully funded through a federal grant, our services are always no-cost and unbiased. Our main goal is to help you find the coverage that works for you.
